My teen daughter and I are at that awkward place.I'm basically Mom on call. Most of the time, when I ask questions about her lifeI hear,"Moooom, you're so annoying".But I keep asking. To let her knoweven though the frequency of need is dwindlingthat I'm here for her.On call.Sometimes, she takes me up on it.Down the road, I know I'll hear more"Thank you, Mom".Just like my Mom did.And does.
