I tested the Sleek & Shiny formula for a full month and it exceeded my expectations! I found the texture of the product to be just right and easy to work into my hair. The after wash result was as promised: sleek, shiny and healthy looking hair with a light fresh, clean scent.
I did encounter two unexpected results.
The lather, oh, the luxurious lather.
Often, even with top of line products, with my longer hair, I often need to use a significant amount of product to achieve a lather that I can work through the length of my hair. With Salon Naturals, I needed to only use a modest amount. Just after working into my hair, as soon as the water hit my head, I experienced an incredible, blossoming lather. I can only compare it as a spa for my head!
The second unexpected result was fabulous "day after" hair. I almost always wash my hair daily. Truly, the only time I tend to skip a wash is on a rare, lazy weekend when I can get away without leaving the house! After starting my test of Salon Naturals, I found that my "day after" hair was fantastic! Although I couldn't call my hair sleek, it was still clean and fresh, but with a lively lift and body!
I've tried a number of top end hair products and Salon Naturals is by far my pick for quality ingredients, responsible production and phenomenal results.
My teenage daughter took the lead on testing the Salon Naturals Ultra Hold Styling Gel. Again, we both have long, fine hair, but lots of it. We are able to curl, scrunch and style our hair so it looks fabulous for the, say, first 15 - 30 minutes, but gravity conspires against us and not long after styling, we end up with dull, coated, limp hair.
Both my daughter and I were astounded with the results from the Salon Naturals Styling Gel.
