Only a few weeks into the fall season, I am already missing the color of my outdoor flower beds. While I do have some brilliant chrysanthemums that have some back in glorious size and color, I miss the diversity of my seasonal beds.
As my family migrates indoors for the fall and winter seasons, the timing is invariably right to reflect on my indoor decor, before the bustle of the holiday season is in full swing.
Deep cleaning, organization and some much needed (or, at least, desired) updates to various room decor is in order. To overcome the loss of my wilting outdoor flower beds, the addition of some new house plants is usually in order.
Spread around the house, perhaps a pot in the foyer, a flowering plant in kitchen, and a green plant that will drape from my china cabinet in the dining room, would be nice new additions.
SAFE HOLIDAY TIPS FOR PARENTS AND PET OWNERS ~Although festive, colorful and seasonal, Poinsettia plants are poisonous for both children and pets!
