Seasonal Scents ~ @Febreze_Fresh Prize Pack Give Away

Do you associate certain scents with memories or holidays?  I certainly do!  The scent of lilacs reminds me of childhood spring time, warm cinnamon and baking apples always smells fall.  Pumpkin and spice brings back fond memories of the full family gathered for Thanksgiving at my grandmother's home and cranberry and vanilla takes me back to Christmases past.

Of course, many of these familiar and comforting holiday scents in my memory are sourced from activities and items that are not as available to nestle into my own children's memories.  Although I love to bake and create in the kitchen, I do not do as much home cooking as my grandmother or even my mother did for the holidays.  Even the sharp, green scent of a freshly cut Christmas Tree is not an aroma that my children are exposed to, except on the rare occasion I might put together a fresh bough or wreath as we keep an artificial tree.

Even without these scent naturally occurring, with help from a family favorite product, I can recreate those olfactory stimulated memories that have such a profound effect on me, welcome my guests and envelope my family with the same rich and comforting effect with Febreze Holiday Collections.

Given an opportunity to dress my home with the Cozy Vanilla Sugar line from the Febreze Holiday Collection was a delight for myself and my family, as well as my guests.  Although Febreze scented and neutralizing sprays are a regular staple used to keep my home smelling fresh and inviting, this was my first opportunity to enjoy the Febreze NOTICEables plug in line and scented candles and I was beyond pleased with both.  

I have frequently been tempted by various scented candles in the past, enticed by the fullness of their scent at first sniff, only to be disheartened and even disappointed by their inability to waft that same scent in my home while in use.  Not so with the Febreze candle!  The scent stayed true and warmed my room, easing into adjacent areas at a level that was subtle and not overpowering, yet distinct enough to create the tone I desired.

I was even more pleased by my experience with the Febreze NOTICEables.  Quite some time has passed since I have used a plug-in scent and, frankly, my experience was less than ideal.  With a history of positive results from other Febreze products, I was hopeful and, in the end, not disappointed in the slightest.  

I placed  one unit in my home's foyer and another in the hallway of our second level.  Both units have performed beyond my hope, gently scenting both the common areas and the gentle scent is noticeable in other adjacent rooms as well.  Nearly the thirty day mark of our test, both units are still working as well as they did on day one, although I can easily see from the clear refill container that I will need to replace them in the upcoming days.  

I am completely taken with the ease and convenience of simply plugging them in and not having to fuss with dressing my home with a desirable fresh, scent.  Both family and guests enjoy being gently enveloped in the seasonal fragrance upon entering our home.
